101 Gourmet Cupcakes on Studio 5
Yesterday, I had the privledge and great opportunity to be on Studio5. ( Click here to view) I did a 6 minute cooking segment and was able to meet Darin Adams and Brooke Walker. I have been a fan for, well since the show aired! I loved being on camera, and most of all showing the viewers how easy these cupcakes are. Working with their team, Michelle Kettle and Kellie Harding was incredible! I only hoped they liked me as much as I liked them. I would like to return sometime in the future. As for now, I am a famous mom to my 3 kids who think it was cool that their mom was on TV. ( I think it’s pretty cool too!) Now I am off to get myself ready for the Book Release Party tonight. Not only do I have to get myself ready, but 300 cupcakes too! Happy Baking!

I made your Strawberry Shortcake cupcakes today AND OH MY GOSH! I don’t want to say how many I ate…I was bummed I didn’t have more left over (after Eric and I stuffed our faces) to take to people so I could WOW them with how yummy they are! But everyone who managed to get a taste LOVED them. You are a genius.

I must say the Smores Cupcake was quite divine! I may just have a new favorite … followed closely by Key Lime, Peanut Butter Cup, and Harvest Pumpkin…..
