Baked Spaghetti….. making leftovers NEW again. #dinnerrescue

2-3 cups leftover pasta

1 cup marinara sauce

2 cups shredded cheese, divided

2 green onions diced, optional

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

3 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the noodles, half the cheese, green onions, and gently stir to combine. Pour into a buttered 10-12″ cast iron skillet, evenly spread the pasta out. Top with remaining cheese, Parmesan cheese.

In a small bowl, combine the Panko breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle over the top of the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, to heat through and brown the breadcrumbs. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil. Serve hot.
