Baking with Chef Bryan….. Happy National Cupcake Day!

Here’s the link to the video from baking with Chef Bryan today….. it was great. I was nervous, but mostly because he is a chef………. a trained professional and I am just self trained.

Anyway, it was a pleasure to meet you Chef Bryan and I look forward to seeing you again in February! 🙂

    I would have been nervous too! Was it just me or did Mr. Fancy Professional Chef question everything you did? Like he was out to prove that home cooks don’t know what they’re doing.
    But you came right back with a good reason for everything you did. Good job!

    Shayla- He is such a nice guy, and it’s his job to ask me questions…. I guess that is why I felt a little nervous. He’s had much more training than I- But I had such a great time talking food and baking. I honestly can’t wait to return! 🙂
