Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl

Raise your hand if you need some help with dinner? These last 6 months have worn me right out. I’m all for easy, semi homemade, and something that comes together in 20 minutes.

We love Bang Bang Shrimp. And so these shrimp bowls were light, delightful to serve, fun and easy. For sure hitting our rotation as we head back to school and I will be NEEDING easy dinners. Fresh. Fast. Fun.

Bang Bang Shrimp Bowl

20 oz. breaded shrimp, cooked according to pkg. directions

2 cups cooked rice

1 cup shredded red or green cabbage

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup mayonnaise plus 1 cup sweet chili sauce

Cilantro

Green onion

Bake your shrimp according to package directions. Make your rice. Shred the cabbage and dice your tomatoes and onions. Then whisk together the mayonnaise and sweet chili sauce. Set aside.

Once the rice and shrimp is cooked, and vegetables are diced, assemble the bowls. Layering: rice, shrimp, cabbage, tomatoes, and onion. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and serve.

Happy dinnertime! XO
