Dark Chocolate Mug Cake
7 oz. sugar free protein shake (or your favorite protein shake)
2 tbsp. gluten free oats
2 tbsp. mini dark chocolate chips + more for garnish
2 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
2 tbsp. almond flour
In a medium bowl, whisk together the above ingredients. Pour into buttered 10 oz. mugs, divided individually. Microwave both mugs together for 1 minute, 45 seconds. Until cake is just set. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and garnish with a little more chocolate chips. Perfect warm….. Yum.
*Tip: you can add 1 tsp. cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne for a Mexican Hot Chocolate Mug Cake.
