These recipes will help you meet your goals, whether it’s loosing or maintaining weight, or just making a lifestyle change to do a little better and be a little healthier. Eating healthy and meal planning has literally changed the way I view food. I am healthier, and stronger because I’ve been able to feed my body the food it needs. And mealtime has become healthy and fun again. I’ve personally been able to release 25 pounds. This was amazing. But most of all, I feel better. My kids are even begging me to make them lunches from this meal plan. In each of the meal plans, you’ll receive for 1 week:

How much does this meal plan cost? 

Each plan ranges from $9 per month to $18 depending on what you choose. AND when you have an organized plan, you won’t spend as much on groceries and not use the items you impulse buy.

How do I pay? 

You can choose from several options at check out. Month, or Yearly plans are available. If you choose yearly, of course it will save you some money. Our check out is secure through PayPal, and I will not ever sell your personal information.

Will the recipes repeat?

The recipes are new each and every week, with some occasional rotations of my favorites, like the Black Bean Burger and Chicken Marsala.

What type of recipes do you feature?

All of my recipes are delicious and easy to prepare. Some of my favorites are Moroccan Meatballs, Southwest Buddha Bowl, Corn and Potato Chowder, Kalua Pork Stuffed Sweet Potatoes. Just to name a few. Each recipe is labeled with macros and all the ingredients are fresh, easy to find in your local grocery store, and products you will use again.

Will my kids eat this food? 

YES, YES, and YES. I have tried these recipes on some of the pickiest eaters I know. My own kids, nieces and nephews, cousins, and children of my friends. And I have learned that it’s a family affair. Meaning, if you make only one meal, and your kids know it’s the only option, they will eat it. These recipes are healthy, but they also taste amazing.
