Loaded Bacon Breakfast Croissant
8 bakery croissants
1 lb. bacon slices, cooked
8 fried or sunny side up eggs
Arugula
Bacon Jam
8 cheddar slices
This recipe is SOOOOO easy. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place the croissants on a baking sheet. Warm through for 8 minutes or so.
Cook your eggs, according to like. Cook the bacon. Now assemble your sandwiches! Slice your croissants, and place some bacon jam and a cheese slice on top of the bacon jam. Then top with your egg, more real bacon slices, and some arugula. Serve warm.
