NEW Hamburger Fried Rice w/ Studio 5
This is a fantastic NEW 20 minute meal…. thanks Studio 5 for a dinner rescue once again.
Hamburger Fried Rice
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup diced celery
1 small sweet onion diced
1 tbsp. dried parsley
3-4 drops smoke flavoring
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 cups cooked rice (I like Jasmine)
Shredded lettuce or cabbage
Special Sauce (Hidden Valley or Walmart brand)
In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the meat, onion and celery in a little oil.
Once the meat is browned, add the parsley, garlic, salt, smoke flavoring and stir to combine. Let the spices heat 1-2 minutes.
Then add the cooked rice. Stir, and cook for another 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to heat through the rice, and fry it. Once heated through, serve immediately.
Top with your favorite toppings. Special sauce, onions, tomatoes, pickles lettuce or cabbage and cheese.
This recipe is fantastic for meal prep.
