Pistacho Grilled Salmon w Studio 5

A favorite grilling dish. This would be it. Thank you Studio 5 for letting me think outside the box and come up with this new favorite salmon dish. It’s lovely. And it’s perfect for summer grilling.

I’ll eat this every night, yes, yes I would.

Pistachio Grilled Salmon

2 lb. salmon filet

1/4 cup olive oil

2 tbsp. Mike’s Hot Honey

1 lemon, juiced

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 cup chopped roasted pistachios (shelled)

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

Pinch of red pepper flakes

1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

Preheat your grill or oven to 400 degrees.

Line your baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.

Place the salmon in the middle on the lined baking sheet.

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, honey, lemon and salt. Whish to combine. Then drizzle it onto the salmon filet covering generously.

In another small bowl, combine the pistachios, breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley. Gently mix together and place this mixture on top of the salmon.

Perfection.

Place the baking sheet with the seasoned salmon onto the grill, or oven. And grill for 16-20 minutes until the salmon is tender and flaky. Serve with grilled potatoes, green beans, broccoli or your favorite pasta.

Grilling is my favorite season.

Dinner is served! xo
