Terriyaki Lime Grilled Chicken
With the summer heat upon us…. it’s nice to have some yummy grilled chicken- leave the heat outside. It serves a crowd, and goes with everything. Hint: Squeeze fresh lime juice on the cooked chicken just before serving for the best flavor.
Terriyaki Lime Grilled Chicken
4 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup olive oil
4 limes juiced and zested
4 limes, for garnish
Mix together soy sauce, sugar, garlic salt, olive oil and 4 limes juiced and zested. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour, or overnight. BBQ on medium heat until done, about 4-6 minutes per side, until juices run clear. Serve with fresh lime wedges.
