The 7 Foods that make you look beautiful

I’m always looking for fun things that food can help you with. How about being more beautiful? If it involves eating food, I’m all for it- especially if it is good food. Here’s 7 great foods to help you magnify your beauty.

1. Red Bell Pepper

This red bell pepper has 3x’s more Vitamin C than an orange. Keep some sliced with a little bit of hummus or lite salad dressing for a snack. Helps in collagen production and protects your skin from the sun.

2. Avocado

Avocados are rich with unsaturated fat- the good fat which keeps your skin moist, Vitamin E which is a natural antioxident.

3. Shrimp

These little guys are iron rich protein. Promotes healthy strong nails and hair. Who knew?

4. Sweet potato

Full of beta carotene, promotes skin cell turnover, keeping your skin fresh and radiant- which voids off wrinkles.

5. Kale

Kale also has plenty of Vitamin C, Beta Carotene and is rich with antioxidents. Substitute kale in your recipes that call for spinach.
6. Wild Salmon
Omega 3 fatty acids, which allow good ingredients into cells to keep the toxins out.
7. Wheat germ
Full of vitamin C, zinc. Blend and store in a air tight container. Sprinkle of foods such as oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt.
