I am Wendy Paul. And I love to cook and bake. I have a wonderful husband who loves to eat what I create, and 4 great kids who love to do the dishes. Just kidding. No one loves to do the dishes. But they also love to eat my yummy recipes too.
I am the bestselling author of the 101 Gourmet Series, a wonderful dessert cookbook series for novice and advanced bakers alike. I’ve had the amazing opportunity to create recipes, and do what I love, and what I love to do is cook and bake. For me, food is my passion, and I am so happy I can share it with you.
Since my first cookbook was released, I have been a contributor to Studio 5, a local lifestyle show, for KSL TV. Once a month I showcase new recipes and demonstrate cooking techniques. I love working with the amazing team at Studio 5. I also teach classes at the Salt Lake Home and Garden Show, Salt Lake Women’s Show, private cooking classes, and more.
My love for food, led me to create my latest cookbook, Core 7 Fueled for Core 7 Fitness. I came to a point where I needed to start making and eating healthier food. I need my body to be stronger. And I was determined to make recipes that my husband and kids would love too. After all, dinner is a family affair. And I refuse to make more than one meal. Who has time for that anyway? So I started learning all about clean eating, lean proteins, healthy fats, and immediately found that these recipes I was creating, were really good. So, in partnership with Core 7 Fitness, this amazing book was complied. In the book, I have over 150 recipes; entrees, salads, appetizers, side dishes, even desserts.
I believe it’s all about what’s on the inside that counts, and that goes for healthy, yummy food too.
I’ve also created Dinner Rescue, a monthly meal plan and grocery list. It’s like having me personally plan your meals each and every week for an entire month! All the hard work is done, the recipes are family friendly, healthy and delicious and EASY to make. Quick meals you can use for meal prep and every day family dinners. It’s one less thing to worry about. You will know what’s for dinner every night.
