It's a 4 week, or meal plan for a whole month, of healthy, delicious recipes, just perfect for you and your family too. These recipes will help you meet your goals, whether it’s loosing or maintaining weight, or just making a lifestyle change to do a little better and be a little healthier. Eating healthy and meal planning has literally changed the way I view food. I am healthier, and stronger because I’ve been able to feed my body the food it needs. And mealtime has become healthy and fun again. I’ve personally been able to release 25 pounds. This was amazing. But most of all, I feel better. My kids are even begging me to make them lunches from this meal plan. In each of the meal plans, you’ll receive for 1 week:

All recipes included will have the Macros count ready and labeled per serving. Each recipe is high in lean protein, clean carbs, low in natural sugars…. Even some desserts are included! Yes, of course I am adding desserts or a sweet treat to each meal plan. That’s a given, right? The meal plans that are available are: Traditional, Gluten Free and Customized.
