Hawaiian Pork Sliders with Studio 5

Need an easy dinner, look no further. Hawaiian Pork Sliders…. a win for you and your family!

Hey! It’s witching hour. Literally. Here’s a great easy pulled pork recipe, I like to serve with buns, slaw or mac salad. Easy dinner. And everyone is happy with full tummies. Dinner can be ready, and you can use this recipe in the instant pot too.

Sweet Hawaiian Pulled Pork

2-3 lbs.  pork loin

½ cup brown sugar

2 tsp. Kosher salt

1 tbsp. Cumin

1 tsp. garlic powder or Badia complete seasoning

1 cup sweet Hawaiian BBQ sauce (I love Sweet Baby Ray’s)

In your crock pot, add the pork loin, brown sugar, salt, cumin and garlic. Cook on low for 12-18 hours. Shred. Then add the BBQ sauce just before serving.  Serve with Hawaiian Mac salad or slaw.
