No Bake Chocolate Cream Pie

So easy, and so delicious.

I obviously need to hide my Oreos better. Thank goodness I had enough to make this pie. It came together quickly. Was worth the 2 hour chill time in the fridge before eating.

No Bake Chocolate Cream Pie

20-25 oreos

3 tbsp. melted butter

2- 4 oz. package instant chocolate pudding

1 pint half & half

1/2 cup full fat fage yogurt

3/4 cup milk

1 pint heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

Crushed Oreos for garnish

9″ pie plate

I thought this note was pretty clear… but….

In a food processor, process the Oreo cookies until pretty fine. Add the melted butter and process until the crumbs come together.

Place the crumbs in the center of the pie plate. Using a small measuring cup, press the crumbs from the middle of the pie plate, gently toward the edges, making a crust.

Set the crust aside while you make the filling.

In a stand mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Divide in half. Take half the mixture into a smaller bowl. To the remaining whipped cream, add 1/4 cup powdered sugar and whip until combined. Set both aside.

Prepare your filling. In a large mixing bowl, add the half & half, milk, yogurt, pudding powder and whisk together until smooth and creamy. Add half the the whipped cream mixture (unsweetened) folding into the pudding mixture. Gently fold until chocolate and cream are fully combined. Pour into the prepared pie crust. With an off set spatula, spread evenly on the crust. Then top the chocolate pie with the sweetened whipped cream, and crushed Oreos for garnish.

Refrigerated for 2 hours before serving. Delicious!

XO! Happy no-baking haha

Such a fun spring dessert.
