Behind the scenes at the photo shoot…

Here is a sneak peak of behind the scenes at the photo shoot this last Monday. Marielle Hayes is a fantastic photographer and I am honored to have her be a part of both of my books, and we decided that we should do something like this yearly! OK- so any ideas on the next book? I’m open for suggestions.

Thanks to Cedar Fort’s PR “lady” Sheralyn Pratt, who took these great shots during the photo shoot… you can have a behind the scenes look at what it takes to do a photo shoot for a cookie cookbook. (technical difficulties- I wasn’t able to open them…. I will work on them and post later. Sorry!)

101 Gourmet Cookies for Everyone photo shoot facts:
– 53 batches of cookies, brownies & cookie bars baked
– 7 hours in the kitchen a day (average) for 2 weeks to prepare the cookies
– 22 lbs. of butter
– 35 lbs. of various sugars
– 27 lbs. of chocolate chips

– 7 lbs of nuts

Happy Baking!
