Grandma Lu’s Eggs A La King

This is my Grandma Lu.

She was fearless. She could ride bare back better than anyone. She would wear bikinis and rope swing into ponds.

She was in many an old western movies- made in Kanab by her family ranch back in the day. She met movie stars….. John Wayne just to name one.

She had the best bed time stories, made the most amazing tuna sandwiches, gave the best hugs & advice, and I miss her every day.
She didn’t like to cook, but she was good at it. Everything she made was good. Even the Speghetti O’s.
