Thanksgiving: Cranberry Salsa
I really like cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving. It’s grown on me throughout the years…. but I LOVE cranberry salsa. It’s good with basically everything. Chips, turkey, leftover turkey quesadillas…..
Cranberry Salsa
12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 lime juiced
3 green onions
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 bunch cilantro
Put all the ingredients together into the food processor, process until desired consistency. And EAT! You can make this 1-2 days in advance, keep in the fridge.
