101 Gourmet Cake Bites on Studio 5

I will be appearing on Studio 5 on September 13th- 11 am for all you locals, channel 5 (NBC).

And for those of you who are not local- of course I will post a link of the segment.

I’m so excited to be back… and will be having sweet dreams about cake bites until I am on the show!

    Hi Wendy –

    I recently got your book 101 Gourmet Cake Bites, and I dove right in with the Harvest pumpkin bites. I took them to a Junior League meeting and a PTA meeting and they were a HUGE hit. People were making all kinds of moaning noises as they ate them! LOL! Thanks for all the great recipes! I can’t wait to try more!!

    That’s great! I’m so glad they were a hit. Another great fall favorite is the Sweet Potato Pie and American Apple Pie. 🙂

    Hi wendy, I love your book of pop cakes, i recently buy it!!!, Im new in this… And i want to ask you a question, the frosting inside the cupcakes, how i can put it?, I don’t understand this part… Thanks a lot!

    For frosting the cupcakes, and filling it- I usually use a small knife and cut the cupcake center and then pull out with my fingers. Then fill, and top with the cupcake center. Then frost the cupcake. Hope that helps!
