500 Wedding Cake Bites

How many cakes does it take to make 500 wedding cake bites? 7 Chocolate, and 9 white to be exact.

I had to hide the Oreos in my office- away from the little hands and keep the triple berry mix under wraps- hidden behind the bags of chicken breasts in my deep freeze.


The bride, mother of the bride, soon to be mother-in-law and sister of the bride all came to my house to learn hands on how to make these little cake bites. We made over 250 Cookies and Cream and 250 of the Triple Berry Cheesecake. Yum!

    Thank God you had help….I was going to say, I get tired after making one batch – I couldn’t imagine making 500 of them! And yes, they do look pretty!
