Using recipes I already have that are solid bases for new ones is a great trick of any food blogger. I used my Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookie from 101 Gourmet Cookies as the base for this cookie.
I changed out the vanilla instant pudding for Hershey’s dark chocolate instant pudding. Added some Meringue Frosting and chocolate ganache, topped with crushed graham crackers, and viola! A new cookie, worthy of any summer gathering. Or any gathering for that matter. Smores are not just for summer anymore.
