We love anything key lime. It’s a refreshing treat, and not too sweet. Perfect dessert to complete your summertime BBQ.
Key Lime Tart
3 eggs yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup key lime juice
2 cups crushed graham crackers
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter, or butter substitute
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together yolks, condensed milk and key lime juice. Set aside. Stir the graham crackers, sugar and butter in a separate bowl until combined. Layer the crust in between 4 4-inch spring form pans evenly and tap down. Then top with the key lime mixture and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool completely.
