Pesto Ricotta & Kale Pizza

Authentic Pizza Crust here

5 cups chopped kale

1 tbsp. grape seed oil or olive oil

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. kosher salt

1/2 cup pesto sauce

1/2 cup ricotta

1 cup Mozzarella cheese, or Monterey Jack cheese, grated

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Prepare your dough, recipe from above. Preheat your oven to 500 degrees.

Assemble your pizza. Spread your pesto sauce on top of the dough. In a small skillet, saute the kale, in some oil, and until tender and slightly golden. Remove from the heat. Add the sauteed kale to the pizza, on top of the pesto. Then layer the shredded cheese, and thin scoops of the ricotta.

Bake the pizza for 6-7 minutes, until the crust is golden, and cheese is melted. Then broil the pizza at 500 degrees for 2-4 minutes. Watch closely. Remove from the oven. Garnish with fresh basil just before serving.
