Pumpkin Sausage Ravioli
1 pkg. 18 oz. Rana Family Size Italian Sausage Ravioli (fresh)
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. bacon bits
2 tbsp. fresh sage for garnish
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/4 tsp. fresh or ground nutmeg
1 tsp. dried basil
In a large skillet, simmer the chicken broth, pumpkin puree, and then add the cream, Parmesan, salt, nutmeg and basil. Stir to combine. Remove from the heat.
Make the ravioli according to pkg. directions.
Drain the ravioli, and add the cooked ravioli into the sauce in the large skillet. Then gently toss to coat all the ravioli.
Garnish the finished dish with more Parmesan cheese, bacon bits and fresh sage. Serve hot.
