Brown Butter Garlic Shrimp

Such a great and simple lunch for Brian and myself. Full of flavor, and filled us up! The best part about him still working from home is being able to eat lunch together almost everyday.

These kinds of lunches are the best kind of lunches.

Brown Butter Garlic Shrimp

1 lb. jumbo or colossal shrimp

2 tbsp. butter

1 garlic glove minced

1/2 tsp. kosher salt


Sweet Potato Fries

Chef Jenn’s Cocktail Sauce

Get in my belly.

Pat dry your shrimp getting rid of moisture. Season your defrosted shrimp with salt and minced garlic for 15 minutes. Set aside. Cook your fries according to pkg directions.

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and once it is mostly golden brown, add your shrimp. Cook about 2 minutes per side, until pink and tender. Remove from the heat.

Serve the warm shrimp with arugula, fries, and cocktail sauce. Yum.
